ROCK Children of Combat Veterans Male Mentors Needed
Needed: Young men who are children of Combat Veterans and want to make a difference in the lives of Military Families.
What: This is a pilot program in which adult children of Combat Veterans who are between the ages of 18-30 years old will experience partnering with horses themselves, train to be a ROCK Volunteer and finally mentor teenage children of Combat Veterans beginning in August of this year.
Your time commitment: 3 hours per month + you will attend a 4 hour ROCK Volunteer Training as a requirement of volunteering/mentoring in this program.
If you are an adult child (18-30 years old) of a combat veteran and want to help other families who have a parent who has been deployed in a war zone please join us as we partner horses with Children of Combat Veterans for the purpose of healing.
When: Next Session Saturday, May 6, 12:30-3:30 P.M.
