ROV Psychoeducational Workshop #4: Sleep Hygiene
May 4 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Sleep. It’s essential to humans, just like air, water, and food. Its role is restorative, both psychologically and physiologically. So, what happens when our bodies are unable to unwind and why are there so many obstacles that hinder us from getting a good night’s rest? In this workshop, participants will explore their current sleeping habits, learn about the nature of sleep, and be equipped with sleep hygiene strategies. Lastly, participants will develop their own individualized sleeping plan to implement into their nightly routine.
