How to Apply
ROCK’s fiscal year runs from July through June every year, with summer camps in June being our kickoff program, followed by regular sessions from September through May.
Please refer to the information below for more details on the application process. This process varies depending on your status and desired program.
Application Process for CURRENT participants
Application links are sent out to current participants on the 1st Monday in May and due by the 2nd week in May. We will continue to accept applications for current participants through the 1st Monday of the following April and will place those participants on the waitlist.
- Step 1: Participants will receive an email from ROCK that includes a link to the online application on the first Monday in May by 10 a.m. (Please use the link in the email. Do not create a new application.)
- Step 2: Click the link in the email and fill out the application.
- Step 3: Once you electronically sign your application and submit, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your signature. Please be sure to follow the directions to confirm your signature. If you do not confirm your signature, your form will not be considered complete and will not be sent to ROCK.
- Step 4: Download and print (Form 2 & 3) the Medical History/Physician Statement & Prescription form. Please return these forms, completed by your physician, no later than the first Monday in August. If we do not receive your medical release forms by then, you will not be put on the schedule until it is received. This could jeopardize the day and time you have requested. If you are receiving Physical or Speech therapy, you will also need the Physician Prescription Form filled out or your physician can write a script on his or her own prescription form.
Application Process for NEW participants
Applications for new participants are accepted beginning on the 1st Monday in June and accepted through the 1st Monday of the following March.

Please be sure to follow the directions to confirm your signature. If you do not confirm your signature, your form will not be considered complete and will not be sent to ROCK.

Application links for waitlisted participants are sent beginning on the 3rd Monday in May and due by May 31. We will continue to accept applications from waitlisted participants through the 1st Monday of the following April to be placed on the waiting list for that riding year.

ROCK continues to accept applications throughout the year. New applicants are placed on a wait list for the current year only. PATH International standards require ROCK to obtain new applications each year.
