If you’ve been out to ROCK recently, there’s a very good chance you’ve met this month’s featured volunteer, Tressie, while you were here. Tressie is well-known among instructors and fellow volunteers for her outgoing personality, hard work, and world-class hugs. She can be found at ROCK usually twice per week assisting with classes as a Barn Buddy.
Tressie first came to ROCK as a participant, however, over the years she has also transitioned into a very reliable volunteer as well. In fact, she tells us she was one of the first of our young adult participants to get volunteer training! Whatever she is busy doing, Tressie always has a huge smile on her face, and it’s easy to see why she’s our featured volunteer. Keep reading to learn a little more about her.
